How To Use

Health Mix :

  • Add two tbsp of health mix in 1 cup of water and mix it without lumps.
  • Heat the mixture in low flame for 10 mins and stir it continuously. (Add water if needed)
  • Now add milk and sweetener as required and then off the flame.
  • Serve Hot / Cold

Karuppu Ulunthu Kanji Mix :

  • Add 1.5 tablespoon of porridge mix in 100 ml of water and mix without lumps
  • Cook the mixture in medium flame for 4 to 6 minutes or until the porridge thickens.
  • Now add coconut milk/ milk and ( sweetener or salt ) as required.
  • Serve hot

Sprouted Ragi Almond Dates Mix :

  • Add 2 tbsp of mix in 1 cup of water and mix it without lumps
  • Heat the mixture in low flame for 10 minutes and stir it continuously.
  • Now add milk and Sweetener if required and then switch off the flame

Karuppu Kavuni Kanji Mix : 

  • Add 2 tbsp of porridge mix in 100 ml water and mix without lumps. Cook the mixture in low flame for 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir it without forming lumps (add water if needed)
  • Add salt, ghee and serve hot.
