How to cook
Method 1 :
Mix one cup of multi millet dosa mix with two cups of water. Add salt to taste and now dosa batter is ready to spread.
Method 2 :
Mix 1cup of dosa mix with 1/2 cup of curd and 1/2 cup of water in to a smooth batter. Add salt. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Now dosa batter is ready to spread.
You spice up with onion, curry leaves, cumin and coriander leaves.
You can serve the dosas with chutney.
Slow cook the dosas, as millet dosa doesn’t cook as fast as normal dosa.
