All products are eligible for free shipping in India, and there is no minimum purchase amount.
Before accepting delivery of the products, if you suspect the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging has been tampered with or destroyed, please refuse delivery of the item and phone our Customer Care, referencing your purchase reference number. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive a new delivery as soon as possible.
We send most goods within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. However, in rare situations, it may take up to three working days for us to ship your item since we may need to obtain it from other retailers or suppliers. If we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days of receiving it, we will cancel the remaining unshipped portion of the order and send you an email notifying you of the cancellation. In such circumstances, your payment for the unshipped portion of the order will be reimbursed in the same manner as it was paid.
All overseas orders (from countries other than India) will be processed in two days and dispatched by an international courier service.
To international destinations, most orders are delivered within 7 business days.
Please place separate orders if you want to buy numerous things and mail them to two or more different addresses.
We will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) as well as the courier company details through email after the products have been sent from our location. Before informing us that your product is not deliverable, the courier will make two attempts at your provided shipping address. For international orders, charges may vary based on the country and delivery method; in some cases, tariffs are added after the product has been approved. These additional fees are not our responsibility. Before you submit payment, the delivery rate will be presented at checkout.
International orders are not eligible for free refunds or return postage.
We reserve the right to divulge information to local, state, federal, or international law enforcement officers when we think in good faith that the law demands it, or when a Court or authorised administrative agency orders us to do so.
