Ingredients :
Bamboo rice, thinai, kuthiraivali, Jeera and Ajawin
How to use :
Add Porridge Mix and water in 1:5 ratio.
Heat the mixture in low flame for 25 minutes
* Stir it without forming lumps ( add water if needed)
* Add Salt and corainder leaves
* Serve Hot
Recipes :
* For Little one’s you can make porridge with coconut milk
* For Elders cool down the Porridge, add buttermilk & salt.
* Cook Porridge mix in 1:3 ratio, make it thick you can eat with curd or rasam
* Add tomato, cardamom, clove & Cinnamon Stick while cooking for masala porridge
