Health Mix ( சத்து மாவு)

Finger millet, Pearl millet, Foxtail millet, Barnyard millet, Kodo millet, Sorghum, Red sorghum, Corn, Wheat, Black urad dal, Barley, Sago, Green gram, Horse gram, Roasted bengal gram, Cashew, Badam, Pista, Walnut, Dried ginger, Cardamom, Groundnut, Country brown channa, Black gouni rice, Mappillai samba rice, Kattuyanam rice, Bamboo rice.
Porridge preparation :
Add two tbsp of health mix in 1 cup of water and mix it without lumps.
Heat the mixture in low flame for 10 mins and stir it continuously. (Add water if needed)
Now add milk and sweetener as required and then off the flame.
Serve Hot / Cold.
Other receipes:
To make Laddoo: Mix with ghee and sweetener
To make Dosa: Mix with dosa batter in 1:3 ratio
To make Puttu: Mix Health mix with rice flour in 2:1 ratio
To make Chappathi: Mix with atta in 1:4 ratio
For elders you can make porridge with butter milk and salt
