Pirandai, Tamarind, Curry leaves, Urad Dal, Channa dal, Dried Chilli, Garlic, Hing and Crystal salt.

How to use :Take a required qty of Pirandai Idly podi and Mix it with ghee or sesame oil And try with Idly/Dosa/roti.
