Ingredients : Sprouted horse gram, Black horse gram, Samba wheat, Dry ginger, Flax seed, Jeera, Pepper, Moongdal and Barley

How to use :

*  Add 1.5 tablespoon of porridge in 150 ml of water, mix it without lumps.

* Mixture in medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes

* Add salt and let it cooldown

* Now add 100 ml buttermilk and top it with onions.
