INGREDIENTS: Chilly powder (milagu podi) is the grounded and fine powdered form of dried and pulverized fruits of different varieties of chili pepper.

Homemade Method of Preparation
- Top quality dried red chilies are selected and are washed in clean water for 3 times. This process will remove the dust and the dirt particles from the red chilies.

- Washed and cleaned red chillies are then placed in a machine dryer and dried in a normal temperature to remove the water content
