    2. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines vary based on your location and logistics partner.

    • Vangaannachi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

    3. Returns & Refunds

    • Due to the nature of our products (consumable and personal care), we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    • To claim a refund or replacement, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

    • Outside india takes 10 Business days
