Karunkuruvai Rice Porridge Mix
A traditional heritage-rice porridge mix made with Karunkuruvai rice, thinai, kuthiraivali, cumin and ajwain.
How to Prepare
- Mix the porridge powder with water in a 1:5 ratio.
- Cook on a low flame for about 25 minutes, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add salt and coriander leaves as required and serve hot.
For children, it can also be prepared with coconut milk. For adults, serve with buttermilk and salt after cooling.
